how did you come up with these torque specs? Just wonder because 45ft LBS seems like a lot?

Come on you know better than that, you always tighten your turbo fittings more than your rod bolts..

I did my set up just like that with the exeption of the oil pan tap, I welded a bung and I didn't have those bomb-*** gloves.
