It's a sleeved/bored B16 with forged internals and 8.5:1 compression. The head is ported (RLZ Stage 2 port for boost) with a Ferrea valve train. I had some Skunk2 cam gears laying around, but couldn't find them when I was assembling this motor a couple of weeks ago, so I bolted the stock gears on it. I'll hunt down the Skunk gears and put them on it this week.

Very interesting. I gotta tell ya im real surprised you only lost 20whp having to turn the supercharger with hotter air temps and everything. Get some slicks and post timeslips. Im real curious to see what itll run. Nice work

If I'm not mistaken he was running low 12's on his old turbo set-up but don't quote me on that one.

That's right, it was running low 12's. I'll probably get it to the track next Thursday to see what it does. I've still got a couple of changes I want to make to the setup to fill in the bottom end and beef up the top end. I'm hoping to have it in its final form next Tuesday for another dyno session.

so he lost 20hp with both of them goin at the same time as upposed to what? I dont understand where or why he lost 20hp, is that just from the tuning of it?

The setup is sequential so they dont both go, only one at a time.
He lost 20hp after the whole S/C install.

The turbo alone at 18psi made that power.

he bypassed the s/c in higher boost levels so it was only getting the air from the turbo.
