Max WHP of 240cc + FMU turbo setup?

Re: Max WHP of 240cc + FMU turbo setup?
Here's a better idea...burn your maps for 450cc injectors, install the 450's, and if or when your customer decides he/she no longer wants boost, just let them take the turbo kit off but leave the injectors and chip in. If you say it can't be done I beg to differ, because my hatch is sitting right now with 450's running off my chipped pr3 and there's no turbo on it at the moment. I've been running it this way for a few months now and it runs just like stock...because it's not seeing boost pressure, it's not going to dump a ton of fuel. I even did a little cam tuning after I took my turbo off, and with my current settings I gained a few ponies. If customer's complain that the car runs a hair too rich, put on an adjustable fpr and turn the rail psi down a few. It pretty much boils down to if you're going to try to sell some turbo kits, it will be cheaper for you to grab the 450's and a chip.

Why would you think that anyone disbelieves that 450's on a non-boosted motor would not run correctly. :1

so little gay ricer hmt is not the place for your bs go to honda tech and they will prais you cuz they are all gay like you and learn basic phisics a bigger hole can flow more at less psi then a stock injector or hole as i said.!! and stop embarasing your self and leave dont try to justify any thing els.. wata dick

Fmu's add fuel pressure from a vacuum line when the engine goes from vacuum to boost. If you used something like that with crome you would never be able to get it tuned one minute the thing would dump rich and the next it would be lean.
With crome you can adjust how much fuel the injectors feed at any rpm range just ad some fuel or take it away depending on what you need. It's easy do some research and learn how to use your $150 software.
But over all I call BS on this guys post.

There is a difference between running 100+ VE and running 100% DC. As someone mentioned here, you can't turn a light switch "more than on". Fuel injectors are valves - they open and close. Once they are basically being held wide open, you cannot hold them even "more open".

This is not a safe method of tuning.
Ah, yes, the days when it was widely known stock Honduh engines weren't reliable past 6 psi.

The fmu for what it is does what it says. s it the choice to go with today HELL No. It was the only choice years ago
Crome and many other editors are bitchin and well do the job
End of story
Buy 450's,chipped ecu pay a friendly hmt local to tune your car
enjoy 10 psi safe and even your mom can drive the car without you worring about her breaking town and getting gang raped by the Vikings
