i know a guy who has been running a t25 on a 2.5l shelby daytona for almost 3 years at 18psi and it still runns just fine. and fyi this guys is an idiot and runs the hell out of the car all the time. you be the judge. to put it short garrett turbos are high quality.

i think without porting or anything of that sort, 15 psi is about as much as it can efficiently push without just generating excess heat.

I'm running a t25 on my ls and it hauls ass. Just ask the guy in the STi, x2. I think it should get a little more appreciation. For non V-tech, its the way to go.
