Manifold question.. Just need to confirm. Thanks!
Hi guys,
I'm currently planning to boost my 1.6L Kia Spectra and I have with me a turbo manifold off a D16Z civic.
I have tried lining up the manifold to my KIA and to my surprise, the manifold fits - nuts and bolt lines up fine.
So the question is, Can I use this manifold since it lines up fine..
I hope someone can give me some advise before I go ahead boosting my ride.
Thanks!

So basically you're saying that the manifold will bolt up with no problems? If so... then why are you asking if it will work? If you're asking will the turbo fit and other fitment questions like that then you'll have to show some pics or maybe someone on here has turbo'd a kia spectra before.

Yes, the manifold bolt up with no problems... I was just afraid that since it came off a different engine, I might have over looked something even thou its able to bolt up...
Once again, thank for your advise. Just wanna confirm before I go ahead with anything.
Cheers!

^thats what i was going to say. but hopefully youll just need to port match them. now, a d16z6 though, i dont think that manifold will work with a turbo. but the ports and bolts will be similar to the hf, std, or cx manifold.

he said he got the turbo manifold off of a d16z so I'm assuming its an actual turbo mani. Yeah you're right about the possible gasket problem. Look into that and it should be smooth sailing. This is good to know if I ever decide to buy a puke *** Kia Spectra... Now sell that piece of ---- and buy a real car like a ford rustang or something with at least 5 cylinder ------- noob douche!

but I did manage to do more measurements (ie one nut to the other - top and bottom) and it seems that both my stock extractor and manifold has the same measurements width.. now im just waiting to fit the gasket over the manifold to see how the inside holes lines up.. I hoping nothing will go wrong there..
Currently, I know for sure (90%) that the maniofold will line up with the bolt..
