it will i have repaired alot of cast ---- the very same way i told you you can tack it to hold in place while you heat it

 

is that just with galvanized?

 

anything cast need to be heated and gali will flake away as you heat it with a torch it just a surface coating actually if you dont remove the galvi coating it will make the weld weaker

 

Most good plumbing supply shop carry weld els. I respect the effort and I hope it holds together.

 

i seen dthose but they wanted $21 for each T. i dont really need a mani at the moment since i already have one but if i was gonna spend that much i would just buy soem from Ace or somehtign like that since their a sponsor. but ---- even doing it like that you can make a pretty quality manifold for under $60
