Default LS-T CRX Completed

*UPDATE 3/5/2007*
Car is on the road and running 10psi on the basemap provided by xenocron. runs pretty good but i need to get it tuned once i finish my exhaust, get the new intake manifold on, new turbo manifold (xspower is already falling apart after 2 weeks) and tune her up. probably by next month if im lucky. anyway scroll down for the new pics.

So my 94 sedan isnt boosted anymore and ive moved on the better things, retiring the 4dr for a daily driver. The new project is this 89 CRX HF I picked up.

So far here is what I got....

1992 B18A1 motor/tranny 120k
ACT 4 puck clutch/Exedy stage 1 pressure plate
AVID Mounts/linkage
Garrett .48 .60 T3
Starion FMIC
DSM 450cc black tops from garn, thanks dude!
obd0 PR4 with some turboedit ish
VDO Boost gauge
rubber oil lines
1g DSM BOV
Fidanza lightweight flywheel (was on the engine when i got it)

plan on getting...
walbro 255lph
2.5 dp/exhaust and just side exit right before the passenger rear tire

I bought an XSpower turbo manifold off someone but it hasnt come in the mail yet, hopefully this week. I know the turbo is a little on the small side but I will probably run 12psi and anyways I like full boost by 3k. My goal is to get somewhere around 230-250whp.

As for the clutch im pretty sure it will hold seeing that those XTD kits use a stock pressure plate with a 6 puck disk.

here are some pics of the status, just got done dropping the engine in.

So far my impressions of the LS turbo are that I love it. cant wait to throw on my b18b intake manifold (looks cool, plus it has no egr and no extra vacuum ports) and find a new manifold. i will probably tune it on 15psi and keep it as is for the summer. right now exhaust is just 2.5 turbo back no cat no res side exit. its pretty annoying. other then that the whip is fun as hell to drive!

Looks great. That turbo will at least be fun for a while with the instant spool and low end power.

no not yet

i have EVERYTHING... well waiting on my fuel pump to come from xenocron, and my mandrels to come from race-solutions. tonight ill be doing the oil lines and figuring out of im gonna keep my startion IC or work something else out.... ill post some pics of what ive got done so far.

but it runs! it drives! no CEL! hooray! first b swap so it feels good. i cant wait to feel 200+whp in a 1800lb car. its so funny the title reads 1777 under weight, wonder how much it wieghs with the swap and snail and all.

updates as progress comes!
