Default Lowering boost on td05

i know this has been talked about before, but all the threads i found are old. I have a d16y8 and i just recently put on a td05 kit, but when i drive it the boost goes up to like 10psi or so. I have heard about the spacer method, but now..Do i add more spacers to lower boost or do i not put spacers at all. Also what is the stock boost? i need to lower it to like 5 or 6 psi.

Lowering boost will just increase lag.........why would you want to lower it anyways, 10lbs tuned is fine on a D.

anyone ever try using a dodge stealth actuator? stock they are set at 6 psi and my buddy let me borrow his so ill see what i can do with it. I dont wanna run more than 6 psi because i dont have an aftermarket fuel pump yet. The only fuel mod is a fmu. I have a 2g eclipse pump which i havent put in...will it fit directly in?

ditch the fmu, run uber/crome/TE...

10psi on a D will last forever tuned.

forms of engine management, much like hondata at a fraction of the cost.

uberdata and crome are for obd1 ecu's, turboedit is for obd0
