Extending the rod will create some serious turbo lag, I'd suggest going to the wrecking yard and snagging a T3 wastegate actuator of a Chrylser K car or any chrysler, they are abundent in the wrecking yards, and pretty easy to take off. They are set about at 5.5 psi. Just gotta make a custom mount to get the thing on. All worth it IMO.
