you smoking at idle or only when boosting? im smoking at idle like a **** now def oil....losing some coolant...but not much its either my rings or my head gasket?

im going through the same thing right now. not for long though. rebuilding block, getting new head, and rebuilding the turb. i hope to crush my previous time.

yes but you want a oil pressure gauge to monitor it

I rebuilt my turbo about 15K ago, has yet to have any issues

I agree as long as you dont somehow drop it 10ft and throw it off balance i dont see why it hard/ wrong to rebuild yourself. but then again i should say this after i try doing mine first.

Where can i buy a seal kit for my turbo? It's off a 89/90 nissan 300zx i think?!

I have turbo off a 89 300zx T3 flanged T25 trying to sell it for like $100 shipped or shot me an offer, may just be easier than rebuilding or give you a spare while you rebuild yours
