lose ac with turbo?

putting the ssautochrome turbo kit on a 99 civic hatch, will i have to lose the ac?

ok it sounds like no bady likes ssauotchrome..reasons why? the kit i was looking at does not include the ems and fmic. it seemed like a good deal.
