Default loosing power, please help!

okay here's my setup,
jdm zc sohc vtec 1.6l don't know what the compression is
apexi turbo/w inter cooler/ apexi bov @ 8 psi
440's rc injectors
B&m oil cooler
greddy gsr exhaust pipes with no cat at 2.5 inch
ngk 2 step colder plugs
msd btm/ ss coil and 8.5 mm wires
walbro 255 intank pump
Running VFAC hack
setting are low/high- 1k -35%
2-4k -40%
5-6K -38%
7-8K -36%
v-tec set at 4,800
ok now that you guys know my setup here's my problem that I just starting having after 5 months of running @ 8psi, the tires used to spin pretty good when ever I step on the gas at half throttle in first gear now I just notice that my tires don't spin anymore at the same amount of boost
at part throttle the car feels fine but at full throttle around 5k rpm the car was bogging a bit, so I though it might be the plugs so bought new one's and gap them at 35. So after I installed the plugs I took the car out for some test runs and the car still felt slow with a little bogging not as bad as befor, so I read up on this forum and found that another guy here has a similiar problem and I think he mention replacing the fuel filter, so I figure I replace mine since they have never been replace since I bought the car, so fuel filter is replace now and feels a lil better but still no wheel spining and turbo is boosting so I dont know what else to fix or replace. Also I notice that I have to retard my msd to like 1.5 or almost 2 degree some time's just so that engine does'nt knock, befor I just had to set the timing at .5 to 1 degree's and the engine would never ping now its pinging low rpm's like when I'm taking off at dead stop or gasing it at the beganing of 2rd 3rd or 4rd gear when engine has warmed up I dont notice it when egine is cold, I think the engine is ok because it idle's fine and no blue smoke or anything comming out of the pipe. This is starting to worry me alot now because this car is my daily driver, need some help guy's , any kind of info is appriciated, thanks.

What are the daily temperature differences like? timing retard can play a huge role in how much 'power' you feel especially in throttle response.
Was it colder before daily then it is now? That would explain why its pinigng, just running to hot perhaps.

Have you tried changing your blaster coil? Plug wires? Oil change even?

i think its just ambient temp. itsway warmer in june then it is in feb-may (which is the first 5 months of good power right?)

Either way.. check your Intercooler for dirt and clean it all off.

But I bet the extra heat is just heat soakin the engine and making the intake temps hotter causing pinging and less power.

TRy wrapping the charge pipes in exhaust wrap.

What are the dimensions of the intercooler?
