Looking for oil line kit for DSM T25

I'm having trouble finding an oil line kit for my dsm t25.....i find them for DSM's but it wont work on my block unless i get adapter from 7/16 - 1/8 npt....anybody have any ideas or now if i can buy that size adapter? THANKS
