WHY? thats the easiest swap ever, I did it in a 95 coupe, in 4 hours, include renting at truck,a and returning it back with a engine lift from autozone, very simple if you had a vtec. just bolt up and plug up.

Its not the labor, its the motor...
D-series fan here...
Less than $800 in my motor, turbo system, and fuel managment...
That's 1/2 the cost of JUST the B-series motor... Plus if a D-series brakes something.. SO WHAT ?? EVERYTHING is cheap for D-series.

you can say that again, the cheap parts, I use to love my d16z6 but once you go B series you will never go back, parts are expensive, plus shops dont want to work on it since a b16 dont come from the factory with the b16, but I still love it.
