a lil ! EXTRA !!! fuel maybe
SO yeah ive been battling this damn fuel prob for like 3 weeks now and yeah.... it floods like a mother ******... So much flooding when i try to start it... that after a while of trying to start it and unclip my injectors and try to burn the gas that was in there..... then plug um back in over and over.. that some gas gave a lil squirt out my exhaust leak at my hf/turbo adaptor... yeah gave a lil squirt then dripped down.... GAD DAMn thats a lot a fuel in there?.... its airing out right now i pulled my plugs and left um open to try and dry um.. but wtf can make my injectors do that..... i checked for injector leaks....?? i changed my IACV or whatever.... new plugs....timming.... checked a bunch of lil ---- to see if it helps... but NOTHING...Going to the junkyard today to get that lil white diamond shaped sensor on the far back of my Intake mani..Any suggestions? ANY HELP would be GREEEEEEEATly appreciated...its been 3 weeks.....

Re: a lil ! EXTRA !!! fuel maybe
went and swapped out the IAT sensor since it was throwing a code 10 and it still has a code 1 (primary O2) but it is brand new. i think he just replced it two weeks ago. after we replaced the IAT it actually started but was running really rich and sputtering. it is runnign so rich that the oil smells like gas. if there was so much gas in the oil would it make the car sputter like this? he keeps on going and buying stuff to see if it will fix it but nothign does and i don't want him to have to go buy more oil if that wouldn't even fix the problem.
changed the fuel filter and the resistors with no change.
anybody have any other ideas?
found this in a thread about a flooded car.
:ut some oil in there if you think you might have washed your cylinder walls down.::
think that would help? pretty sure the cylinder walls have been washed with gas, but do you just pour the oil in the spark plug holes? or would it be better to get a oil squirter and do it that way?
