Default Lean issue

ok im having some lean issues with my 95 integra LS turbo...my setup is a t3/t4 garret turbo, 2.5 IC piping, DSM BOV, walbro 255, FULL 3inch dumped, 12:1 FMU, missing link...ok my problem is that when im crusiing my a/f guage shows green but when i drop it down to 3rd to stab on it it stays green till boost then leans out and starts back firing..like if u half throttle it itll pull hard..but if u WOT it it leans out..i have a CEL on but cant get anyone around here to check it due to it bein a 95...i've been thinking maybe my MAP sensor is goin bad..maybe TPS..or may have a fouled injector?? somethin to do with fuel..anyone have any suggestions or ever had this problem and fixed it? besides get it tuned which will be done once i get alil more money

your 95 teg should be obd1 unless you have one of them hybrid obd2 1,s my car really would just stall or in the middle of a pull would lean out some times i would just keep getting map codes look on your pass side jump the harness to check the flash codes paste this in you browser they show how to do it and codes are also listed on there site
