Hi Folks,

I tried to do a search function but it just went to a blank page.

Looking find out what you guys do in regards to knock control? J&S Safeguard.... don't worry about it... etc? The P28 chipped ecu does not register knock and that is what is beleive to be one of the causes of my last engine destruction. A J&S safeguard will run about $500US but I highly doubt every forced induction car has one so what's some alternatives? This is my 4th engine in the car so I'd like to keep it around for awhile so some form of knock protection would be very adventageous<sp?>

Ahh.. thanks. T'was dyno tuned but the theory is that small amounts of knock over a prolonged period of time still killed the engine.

Anyone with information on what they've done in regards to knocking?
