this is not my car but im the builder of the car its a 93 del sol with a built k20a2 and custom turbo setup built by me right now the car is running 6psi with a stock head the new head will go on this winter and we will turn up the boost and tune it shooting for 600whp

Sadly, that body kit is functional. The big opening and the dive planes might actually do something.

Just a question...

Is it bad to have a turbo charger positioned any way but horizontal. The turbo in these pictures is tilted up a bit. Wouldn't that cause the turbine to fail quicker cause the weight of the turbine shaft would act down causing shear stress in the compressor seal...?

Quit over thinking things.

The oil drain is the more critical issue. AT that angle, I would think it is fine.

Well no, you have to admit it's a solid build. All the work is top quality, I'd like to see what the guy does with his own car, and not a customers.

as much as i hate show cars, 17's, body kits, s2k guages in anything else but the s2k, in dash dvd, and chunky old white dude i have to say FAKLAD

did you actually get the cluster to show the MPH? i know people were haveing problems putting those into eg's and ---- because of the digital signal needed, not sure what the K gives off.

yeah it's a bit ricy but looking as rice as it dose when it kills a built mini me crx on the street that would be awsome
i would rock that
just get rid of the words on the trunk ("ryda" ??) and paint that ---- some tripple black and that ---- would be "mad jdm tyte yo"

that blitz style bumper is horrible as well as the small unfinished stuff for the interior... and it was put in a car show?
Are the wheels are turned to show off the armor-all on the tire tread?

i didnt post this car on here to show off i posted it to show all the hard work i put in to this car if you dont like thats fine i can care less i use to think this site was a good site to help ppl out with what there building but all i see now is ppl hating on others


for the ppl that said they like the work thanks the car is not done and alot more work is going in to it new bumper more motor work and yes the owner has drag race the car the best is 14.6 spinning down the track only running 6psi trap speed was 132mph

Tell your customer to get another del sol shell, stick this setup in there and roll "sleeper status" or just de-rice this ----. EBAY FTMFL

To help people out with what there building lol. How many people on HMT have build a car with that much $$ put into?? We use fence posts as manifolds and pool cleaning hose as charge pipes :cool:
