just need to finish up get it running, put it in the shop for a fresh coat of white, and ready for race season, sell the the coupe and buy a replacement daily driver. for those who knew , all I did was swap motors from the coupe to the hatch, and hatch to coupe.

12.3 best time with a bad ls tranny, but before bad talk, I am in Germany, on segmented concrete track uphill, high altitude. but I know with a better tranny I would have been in the low 11's with 440whp at the time.

No I live in Wyoming. I was just curious I lived in Germany for 9 1/2 years during my childhood. I lived in Dexheim, K-town, Darmstat, Dortroup, Budinggan, Hanau, Wiesbadant, Mianz, and Lenderhaoff. well I can't afford M&W, and I am not gonna put the faith of my 600whp goal on stock ignition. the digital 6 has proven its reliability in my friends car, so thats why I gave it a shot.

Dude, Hondas have an excellent ignition system. Erick Agilar from Ericks racing built the first all motor car to get in the low 10s and broke the 9 second barrier all with a stock Honda ignition.

You've made huge power before with MSD so i dont doubt you but MSD box is basicly why my car died and had to be sold off. ELD's never get repaired dude.

I have more confident that the msd digital 6 will support my goal, and I will sleep better with it. aparentley I did not start this thread to help make a decision on ignition selection because I've already made the decision on it, if you read any of my previous threads you will know that I am not the type to take what someone say on the internet to make a decision on my projects. I've had good and bad experience with MSD stuff, but most of the bad I've read is hear say. my personal bad was burning up igniters while using the analog box, and I burned up the billet distributor after one month. while my friend was using the digital box for over 10 years. so I decide to give it a shot. if it fails me you can say I told you so, but for now let me live this one on my own.

The ELD is the littel dude that rides the Alum or metal rail that slides through the 2 main fuses in the under hood fuse box. if you don't have one Awesome, i wish i didnt lol. Of course the US did and after i blew it i did everything from hand inspect the harness, swap fuse boxes completely, disable it in Chrome, nothing worked.
Funny enough the dude who bought my car thought he was gonna make some easy cash. I sold it for cheap 2500 and was totaly straight up with the non working speedo, told him it had been broke for like a year so there was like 20 K more miles on it and marked that on the title as he was telling me it was for his wife..... I saw it 2 weeks ago still for sale at a dealership literaly 2 blocks downt eh street. assclown has bee tryin to fix it and sell it for 4900 for the last like 6 months lol, bet hte fucker aint even married. |

Yeah deffinitly no use for it regarless if its US or Euro spec IMO. Supposivley when its working all it does is detect loads int eh elec system and kick the alt off at like 2k rpm and start chargin. well when it breaks it made the Speedo act like it had convulsions and when i would drive for abotu 20 minutes you could feel the A/F change as you drove. so liek cold it would run lean had plenty of pep for an NA 1.6 but as it warmed up you could start to smell that gas fuels int eh exhaust more, it would basicly fall on its face unless you got up around like 4k. I mean if you think abotu it regarless of what the ELD says if you have it chipped its gonna use different A/F's so it shouldnt really be an issue unless it breaks, then it might jack ---- up.

FJ all my bearings and studs I've supported spoolin maybe before he was hmt sponsor but I did. the other sponsors that don't supported is because they don't have what I am looking for, too expensive, don't ship to APO addresses or charges international for APO shipping. next I tried my best to not support the chinese market , yes my radiator and intercooler is chinese but they were cheaper from CX. so so if my project goal calls for a sleeved block and a HMT sponsor don't carry I should not run because golden eagle is a H-T sponsor, and HMT don't support hondata so I must run a vafc hack. I work very hard for my money daiy never collect any unemployment or handouts. I even duck bullets every once in a while, so please! I just thought that I would share my project with the forum I've been a member on the longest and spent the most time on. I just don't appreciate the hating. people who work hard deserve good ----. I don't wan't a junk yard turbo setup so I won't buy one. |

someone could have told me that an ls distributor does not bolt up to a b16 head :1 :1 :1 . but because I am a geeeenyussss it took me 2 seconds to figure out a solution, just swap the internals to a b16 distributor shell. ;D running into some problems here and there, no fuel in # 1 cylinder gotta check my injector wiring, I sure hope my injector is not dead. they are almost new. |

Progress on the exterior. just order all the replacement body parts for it. new front and rear bumpers, right fender, and rear quarter panels.
I don't like to have a nasty looking car, and my rear quarter has lots of hidden rust, bumper cracked, front cut for fog lights, I wanna go back to stock. so thats it for cosmetic stuff on the outside. interior is done. |

another delay in my project. car wouldn't start so I started trouble shooting. found out I am not getting fuel in #1 cylinder so started checking my wiring and couldn't find any problem in the wiring, continuity and voltage checked out good. I checked everything from ecu to wiring to fuel everything good.
then something came to my mind . switch #1 injector with #2 injector, did that and turned out that the #1 injector is not working. don't know what caused it to stop working. but I hope xenocron, or PTE will honor me by replacing it I own the injectors less than 1 year. I can't afford to buy another set now. but if I do I am going to 1600cc |
