which intercooler would YOU buy??

or
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2419543727
both are from established sellers but they differ a little...I know the second one will work on my 98 civic as I see it installed on a 99-00 heh....
don't really know much about the dimensions but I know you can do overkill on the intercoolers so I gotta ask.
and just in case...anyone know where I can find a better one for cheaper if that's possible?? thanks guys!

yeah, I'm realizing from the other boards and whatnot that he's the guy to go through but only thing that makes me wonder is the sideways mounts...the first auction has top mounts...to mount to the inner fender support...where in the hell do I mount these side mounts to??
Depends on what kind of car you have. Improvise. Fabricate a bracket. If I had that thing staring me in the face I would think of some way to mount it real fast.
On my car those mounts would probably line up with the sheet metal that connects to the bumper support.

I hate private auctions on ebay...grr...
lol, I'm beginning to wonder why he's even got a reserve on it...beginning to think the reserve is the same as the buy-it-now price haha...I'm up to $210 on my bid and reserve not met...hell, I'm only forty away from the buy-it price :P

I spent $219 at honda for the 96-98 oem foglight kit for my civic and the brackets sit flush with the back of the bumper material...and from the pics of others installs on his auction with 96-98 civics...looks like it goes right UP to the back of the bumper...if I have to trim anything then the brackets will bump/rub and may warp the shape of the bumper if I try to "MAKE IT FIT" heh...
I don't wanna have to do that...that's why I'm hesitant of buying it...even though I'm up to $230 on my bid right now lol...
my god...I can't believe I just spent $250 that I can't afford sigh....
bought it
it better be damn worth it once I get it on....grumble grumble...
I needed a clutch/flywheel more than this right now in my life...hell, koni adjustables would have been money better spent
