Default Install starts tonight!!!

And I'm freaking out... 8 months in the works and (hopefully) this weekend will go by smooth. Still have to pick up some plugs and gasket sealant and I'm not 100% if my wastegate will work, or what the PSI setting is... :P

V-AFC & Gauges are already installed. The rest goes in this evening... BOV & Oil pan welded tomorrow (and finish install) and downpipe gets fabbed and installed & street/dyno tuning Saturday. Sunday should be a fun day.

Any words of wisdom for a first setup/install would be greatly apprecaited...

The kit:
T3 turbo (.60/.63)
STD Manifold
DSM SMIC & 1G BOV
Maxx PSI oil lines
Summit IC pipes w/Hose Techniques Couplings
APC cone filter
DSM 440s with V-AFC
Turbo XS boost controller, just in case
Autometer Pillar Pod (Oil, Boost & A/F gauges)

The victim:
1995 Civic EX (D16Z6)

Lookin good, I would do the oil lines first, they are the hardest part of the install, oil pan is easy just takes some patience with all those damn screws. Everything else is simple just time consuming. Good luck.

drink beer, it always helps things go along a little bit better. (I can vouch for this) and if you drink some nasty, cheap ----, it goes even better because you can consume large amounts and not get drunk, get some keystone or some busch or some PBR.

the one ------- tool I didn't have that made my install a pain is a 24mm Deep socket. The oil pressure sending unit is in a fucked up crazy place, and is almost impossible to do with a pair of lock-jaw pliers like i had to

I got all that and then some... Oil sensor do-hickey came out easily when I had the oil pan out. Cresent wrench did the trick. Ran into some problems with the oil return line and some other minor stuff, but it's coming along good...

Wleding and downpipe should be done tomorrow and then tuning.
