Info about turbo

Only one question..Has K-26 turbo external or internal wastegate (code name of turbo K-26-2470V 12.21)??

The K26 is externally gated.

Thanx a lot...is this turbo bigger than T3?How does it spool? faster than T3/T4 turbo?
