the turbo is a t-25. i have tried the actuator rod short and long with no success. looked for leaks can't find any. i will keep trying and i will find out what the problem is if its the last thing a do.

Wow. I just looked again at the oil line. Get that oil line away from your downpipe before you melt the rubber, spew oil all over a hot downpipe, start a fire in your engine bay, and kill yourself and or someone else with you.

This is a perfect example of what NOT TO DO when turbocharging a naturally aspirated car.

Are you still running the stock cat? try disconnecting the downpipe from the cat-convertor (if you have one) and go drive it around the block open downpipe. A stock cat can be a huge restriction.

dont try to lengthen the rod.. shorten it, if u get no boost shorten it again. i seriously keep thinkin its your wg...
