Ok, so it could be my head gasket, or possibly my valve seats as I've heard from another party.

How much does this ---- cost?

valve seats wont cause any smoke, just shitty compression....valve stem seals would cause blue smoke

Yep, never heard of a turbo eating water, only oil.. Valves will not cause a loss of water...
