I'm a dumbass
Well the saga continues with the white smoke, but a new twist came about today.
I opened up my coolant resevoir, just to give it a little fill job, cause I just got a huge tub of coolant back from my friends garage, so I went to fill it up, and sure enough, the ------- hose wasn't long enough, just above "Min" the hose stopped, thus, making my coolant levels NEVER CHANGE!
If you cant access the coolant, obviously the level is gonna stay the same... Thank got I noticed this before too long. My car never over heated though in the weeks of this stupidity.. I'll start her up cold tomorrow morning and see if its still smoking.

yea so if its getting burned, there would be less overflow and less overall coolant....we are talking about the little white tank thats only got the little hose coming off the rad cap going into it right....i might not be right, but either way, i doubt that hose not touching the bottom would be causing your problem , since if there wasnt enough coolant, there wouldnt be anything to make the white smoke

The white tank is an overflow tank. But it also supplies coolant to the engine when it is low. That's why you only fill it about half way (to the line on the side). Then if their is excess coolant it overflows into the tanks. When the coolant is low, the vacuum created draws coolant from the overflow tank into the system. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's how I understand it.

The turbo is water cooled if that means anything in the smoke mystery here...
I filled the thing up with coolant, and holy ----, after 5 minutes of fairly hard driving, the thing sucked up all that the hose could reach. She's thirsty.

Well, if it keeps sucking it up, your head gasket is shot.

Is that possible? I didn't think it was possible to leak water from the turbo to the coolant? I guess it could, but it would be hard to miss.
