congratulations on getting it boosted but that manifold will last you a month at most, you should've gotten a cast iron manifold for $100.

 

well I got this manifold from someone on here for 55shipped. I can see where he welded on it more. I guess for reinforcement. Im thinkin about getting a top mount here pretty soon.

dont get the FMU. At a rate of 12:1 you'd be running like 140psi of fuel pressure...on top of running 450's (not that your pump would likely support that pressure anyways).

Do it right and just stick with the 450's and chipped ecu. Gah people!

Seriously your motor might last a month, I've seen B series VTEC motors last shorter periods of time even with a chipped ECU.

 

Nah it sounds normal and it WILL last longer . Im not driving it right now, until I get the ZIF socket in so I can put my chip and 450's in. Im only running 8psi with a chipped ecu. so it should be aight.
