I`ve seen the same problem before, turns out the guy didn`t take out the plastic plug on the new radiator inlet LOL

 

lift the back of your hood with washers or spacers and longer bolts.
get some sheet metal for the space between the top of the radiator and radiator support. this will help draw air from the front of the car and not from the top engine area.
also, how's the engine oil temp?

 

Hey guys the car is a turbo 92 civic coupe with an evo front mount. I said the same thing with the washers and spacing the back of the hood.

 

A bad rad. cap can also cause you to over heat...

mine never overheated on my old setup with what i have..

i had a Z6 turbo pushing 10psi and could sit in traffic forever, and do 130mph pulls and not have it overheat... i also have no fans on the radiator either

 

mine done 20 psi without any problem as well.
the only time it over heated was when Stealthmode borrowed my resvior tank :P

That's good ---- right there!!! But my rx has heat issues here. LOL! Try runnning just water and water wetter. Anti freeze doesn't do much cooling... hense the name antifreeze.
