i have the internally gated version of the second one.

to get a rough estimate of spool use this

engine size that turbo came from / your engine size = A

RPM when original engien hit PEAK TQ x A = a very close guess

 

i havent a clue as to that information.

 

the WH1C came on Dodge 12V cummins engines in the early 90's. the H1C is just a the non gated version
