I think I got fucked on my "professional rebuild"
First of all, are garrett center sections supposed to have 8X1.25mm bolts for the oil inlet and drain flanges?
I sent in my turbo to be rebuilt and it came back with a fucked up center section, the oil inlet is not threaded like when I sent it in, and I can no longer thread in my oil line fitting. SO I buy a T3 oil inlet flange, and now I need to buy larger feed line because its a -4an fitting and I have -3an. I sent this turbo out over 2 months ago and finally JUST got it back WHAT THE ---- and now I have to wait longer for more parts WHAT THE ----. Not to mention the turbo was less than 1 year old with less than 5,000 miles on it in the first place, what a shitty ------- business, and now my turbo is starting to smell like sweet and sour pork because my old standard bolts dont thread into it and I had to go buy metric WHAT THE ----?!?!

sounds like they sent you a different turbo then you sent in. I'd contact the shop immediately and calmly but firmly tell them to track down your original turbo.
might be a good idea to put a couple stamps in unnoticable places of your ---- for identification purposes. Also would help with theft after the fact. I know it won't help you know but it gave me the idea to protect my ----

It is the same housings as I sent out, the compressor at least, and its the same size if not same turbine housing. I'm sure thats what they did was just swap out the center section with a new one.
Why are the oil inlet/outlet flange threads on the chra metric? is it a ching chong center section
and yes, "I got Blaasted"
What am I going to say? there's no way in hell I'm sending it back and waiting until christmas to get a different one back.

It's really not a HUGE deal, but a minor inconvenience. It's not their fault that the new adapter didn't work, but it's their fault for not telling you that the inlet wouldn't be threaded anymore. Can't you just thread it?
