Default I now beleive TurboXS is retarded.

Well as some of you may know I got a RFL bov on my car awhile back. Well for about the first week close to 0vac and I'd shift itd make a cool little squeek noise. Well after that week it stopped.. No difference in performance, just stopped squeeking. So I posted on HT about this and lots of people said they never had it squeek some people also said they'res squeek. I was wondering if maybe it had something to do with washers or something. But from peoples experiences some squeeked with and without. So I decided ---- I'm gonna write up turboxs... this is what they send me back:

Kendall,

You make just need to clean out your valve. We like to use a polish like Mothers Aluminum Polish to clean up the piston. Your motors compression is lower than it used to be.

Well I already tried oiling it to see if it'd make a difference. But the squeek is obviously the piston scraping. So oil will only make it stop lol. My compression is lower than it used to be? I beg to differ. Stronger than ever and still strong -20 vac at idle. Even the tuner commented on how strong of a motor it was. (despite all my dyno experience problems.. see other thread..)

That is strange he said your compression is lower - i think he meant to say the turbo pressure is lower and it is not pushing quite as hard on the valve. And it is not moving the piston as much. Mine hardly makes any noise when i blow a gasket or the bolts come loose on the turbo or Exhaust manifold.
