Smallest turbo I can think of off the top of my head would probably be from the Suzuki Swift GT

Lots of small turbos out there.
In the mid 80s there was a fat import tax on motorcycles over 750cc.. You can find small turbos of that era
500-750cc bikes.. Dunno if they're worth a darn though.
Many forklifts are turbo.. small industrial motors.

also, 1l daihatsu stockers could be a goer :-) there were other small jap cars with boost too.
having said that, you have a high revving engine there. sure you wanna choke it with something tiny? you want it to match the hp, not the CC rating.

I'd check into an IHI turbo setup. I managed to find one that needs to be rebuilt. I asked around and some say it came off an old 80's Toyota truck. I'll see if I can get a picture for ya.
