just make your own. It's not difficult, just takes some time.

Here a write up: go to local welder, buy a steel plate about 0.4 inch, drill the holes in the right positions and use an angle grinder to make it look like it belongs on your turbo. If you don't have a bit to make the big hole, drill a lot of small holes in on the outline of the circle and give it a smooth finish with a file.

I make most of my flanges this way.

Easy as that, or do a little search on ebay.

You beat me to it djfob! lol. I lost my old exhaust flange and had my stepdad make another for me since I didn't have the tools at the time to make one.
