This question makes no sense to me. Why don't you explain why you think you might need to. I'm thinking that you're just getting the terms mixed up a bit.

ok..the turbo is old. the actuator moves up and down in there. just a question.

No you dont spray oil in the wastegate. It works off a spring/diaphram.
