is it possible that this turbo is oil cooled and lubricate
because the hole of prestone are shut by some plate

so do I have to take off the plate or this turbo run without prestone

Use it...I had one on my first 2 boosted cars...
the last time I used it I was boosting 15 psi on a D15B2.
The exhaust housing is really small( small passage).
The comp housing is A/R .42 and is as big as a T3 .42 I had them side by side and measured it.
I would get rid of the internal wastegate and get an external one.
I had mine set at 8 psi but when I rev over 6000 rpm boost goes to 15 psi and stays there till red line.
I have an exhaust flange left if you need one.

you could use the stock wastegate til about 12-15psi you don't have to get rid of it. just get a boost controler.

lol boost controller won't lower the boost it only raises it.
My wastegate was set @8 psi....it ran 8 psi till 6K and after that it went to 15...I drove it like that till I sold the car...that's about 2 month's I'll never boost below 10 psi again

You dont have to water cool the turbo if you dont want, but if you plan on keeping this setup for years to come and beating the ---- out of it everyday you may want to spend the extra 20 mins on running the coolant lines to the turbo, its pretty easy.

I didn't run the watercooling...I'm too lazy for that.
And I didn't have the money for the extra hoses etc....every dollar counts for me....a ***** has got to eat.
Like Jeff said...it's easy I would do it though if I could....It's pretty good turbo IMO, I had it on a ZC and on the D15.
