yesterday I put in one of those walbro fuel pumps with silicone tubing. well the silicone popped loudly and I had to put in real fuel hose.

My next goal for this truck is big *** tires. I want to run 37's. My brother has a 97 tj with 35's and a long arm kit. (thats a jeep for you ricers) I want to run a 6inch lift for my lexus from sleeoffroad.com so I can run 37 swampers and wheel with my bros jeep crowd. The tj jeep will probably still take this lexus truck but the lexus is 10x's nicer to wheel in and will have huge bling status all lifted and rednecked out. I already build sliders and a big rear bumper for it.

By the way I have a lightly lifted 5.2 L v8 grand and the lexus will now outrun the grand even though the lexus has 500lbs of body armour. Out of the hole the v8 has an edge but as soon as 2300rpms comes around the lexus has it. I just wish the lexus was a stick.

Question. would a BOV help with performance at all with me running only 7lbs boost?

BOV is more of a relaibility kinda thing.I would put one on they are dirt cheap on ebay and even the cheap ones work good.37's on a lifted Lexus would make me nut in my pants. Does yours have the OE lockers?

it has oe lockers front rear and i instlled the center diff loc switch--it is locked all around.

does it matter what type of BOV or will a $19 ebay job work fine?
