nah man it's too large for a D15. It probably so huge the turbo will not spool at all. Probably great for Ford 5.0 etc. But you can take the turbine off a smaller T3 and do a hybrid on the turbo. It becomes a T3/T04B. Which works great with small engine like hondas/acuras.

lol thats the exact same size turbo we used here on a freightliner diesel big rig at my work.

Those pics dont even hint at the actual size of it. its about the size of a 16" Monitor!
