*Bows*Thanx man...really..thanx.
At the moment i got the engine half striped apart to swap the timing chain.
Seems the vastly higher engine acceleration wears them out in no time flat,so a friend of mine that works on such matters just delivered a high end jap Subaki chain.

I was thinking the same thing. It is kind of an abstract idea though. Like taking the name Driving.

Thinking about the dark green 455 firebird later down?
Sports a warmed over 455 with roller cam asf...
Buuut...i´d say it sound meaner than it runs.
Torq is a GOOD thang..if u know how to get traction.
Speaking of which...
My winter project;

http://home.swipnet.se/mechanixracing/daily.jpg

Have to admit...it´s a liiiiiiiiittle faster than the merc.
This winter i plan to put a couple of HX60s on the 495cid BBC engine in there these days.

Spec are a "Penta" block that´s been trued with the world in general.Blockfiller.
BRC fully internal balanced 4340 crank-knife edged-the works.
+.250 carillo rods
Venolia slugs with C&A tapered pins and tools steel rings.
Massively ported Darts with delwest internals.
Summer brohs gear.
Hilborn stack intake on 65mm butterflies
A custom roller that lets me shift at 8 grand
Asf asf..

Car is as can be seen tubed and linked.
Has run fairly well-seing its stree legal status where it is also used.
