New here... found this site thru a link on my one forum about the welded compressor wheel. Funny stuff! Anyway, I have been working long and hard on my latest version of my free turbo calculator and could use some input. There are still some final touches needed here and there...

is that an egr or air/fuel ratio setup for each individual runner? looks tits though. the car is clean and better be boosted.......no joke.......or should i say will be boosted or banned for life!!!!

It is indeed an EGR for each runner. As for the turbo, it is currently a T04E 50trim with a T3 cover and T3 turbine with a StageII wheel. It sucks, but the head flows so well that you don't notice it. I had a SC6152S to go on, but sold that and changed my mind and have a GT3076R with a Chrysler turbine housing to go on the car, but that maybe on hold. I have some bad vibs that I can't get rid of and I know it is block related or the block was machined wrong. I am going to pull it out and part the engine and go with a 16v 2.4L I already have.... cheaper and less costly to fix. Here are some turbo pics...

Damn nice setup. Always been a fan of the 2.2l and 2.5l. Can a make a suggestion on your setup though?

Ditch that POS RFL valve. Trust me it will cause you headaches in the future because they are notorious for leaking and the ching chong meow spring inside getting weak. At the very least please put a different spring in it. Thanks.

Alot of things are being rethought when I go 2.4L. I am currently running a chipped ECU and I have an EEPROM burner with the communities free tuning program... gotta love grassroots and the people at TM.

Let me know if you guys see maps that arent on there and I will see what I can do.

Good call!!! I am currently going to finishing running this one in the ground first. It has 259k miles on it and lots of rust and an auto that isnt doing to well. I plan on buying a new bronco next year and my plan is to do a turbo 302 with GT40 heads and intake. I will reuse my shorty headers to use to Super60 T3 turbos. With 8lbs of intercooled boost, I should reach an easy 400chp.

But I won't be doing anything till I get my boost/n2o/alky controller prototyped and 20 controller run done. I also need to get the daytona running again with the soon to be new engine and Megasquirt.

So that is why we are were we are at now. I did just make this.... simple library for the maps. :)
