i just realized that just because it is called honda tech doesn't mean they know anything.
i posted the same thing there and they tell me ---- like, "are you running a missing link with the hack because you need one", "2.5" piping is too big for a d series", "you won't hear that turbo spool because it is small".
what a bunch of post -----ing know nothings. i should have never looked other places then here.

I seriously think you have either an leak on the intake/compression side or you have an exhaust leak... sounds more like the intake leak. What kind of BOV do you have? Make sure that SOB is seated and tightened well. Similar **** happened to me as well. It took 8krpm for me to get to 6psi when I first started. Tightend the damn BOV and it hits 6psi at 3-4krpm. I'd check and double check all pipings.

i know that the type-s leaks alot at vacuum. so maybe if you just tapped your charge pipes, and ran a line to that nipple on the bottom of the bov, that would help a little. does your t3 have the bolt on outlet flange ?

no it has a clamp style flange, but i figured it out.
tonight i took all the pipeing off even the intercooler and filled the bath tub with water. capped of the ends of all pipes and both ends of the intercooler and dunked them to look for bubbles. well i found a small hole in the intercoller so i patched it with the jizm of the gods (JB weld) and let it dry and it now builds boost.
so i took it for a test drive around town looking for someone to ---- with
, well i see a red coupe that sounds like it has some mods so i get up next to it. so were rolling next to each other and the passenger tells me to roll down the window. it was mycrx from the site, i guess he seen the "Homemadeturbo.com" sticker. we pulled over and bullshited for a little bit. he's a pretty cool guy, i guess his friend has a b16 swap and they were driving around looking for someone to ---- with also.
but still have one problem, i am still getting a misfiring in all cylinders code. i changed plugs and wires yesterday hoping that would help. any suggestions?
my plugs are NGK bcpr7e-11's gapped at .30
