Default How much Psi are You D15b7 Guys running?

So we installed a turbo a friends 95 DX and was wondering how much boost to run on it, it is a Rhb5 Mx-6 turbo , probe intercooler (which is now side mounted...) intank pump, Holley FMU, Missing link custom manifold BTM. My buddy Legendboy fitted the lag manifold and DP so the guy could keep his AC.

Here are some install picks

thanks

it all depends on your fuel manegement. but usually people are running 5-8 with an fmu and injectors, and the people running stanglaone are going up to 10 sometimes

ummm.. i wouldn't go more than 5lbs. with an fmu. standalone?? are you talking about a hack (i.e. afc)?? two totally different things.

Are the Rods not weaker in the D15b7 compared to the D16z6? I though I read somewheres that the rods on d15b7 tend to break past 8psi.....

like i said, i wouldn't run more than 5 or 6psi. with an fmu, that has nothing to do with the engine itself, just the fact that fmu's are crappy fuel management. if you had an afc hack, you could safely run 8-10psi. a t25 is kind of small for a b16 because it will stop producing power at high rpm's, and the b16 is a high revving engine. i would go with a bigger t3 or t3/t4.

The rods are nearly the same size as the z6 rods. The D15 has a shorter stroke than the D16's.. So I wouldnt boost anything over 10-12.. I ran 12 for awhile on a D15b2, and then at 8psi the ****** gernaded.

Good pics btw, need to resize them, they are huge.
