For which compress. pistons? And my turbo is already pretty strng.
The strength of your sleeves isn't dependant on what compression you run. You go with the highest compression you can without detonation problems, which leads to the question, how well of tuning can you handle? Thats what you should be thinking about when considering what C/R you want.

well of course im gonna try to it properly, im just

wondering how much psi that everything can handle

on a certain compres. low comp. u can boost pretty

high, but wats da limit on higher comp?

if u plan on boosting high dont plan on going more than 10:1 and thats already pushing it...to keep it safe just go with 9 or 9.5:1.

The key factor here is deff. how much power would you like to make on pump gas?
You'll run into the knock limit of pump gas long before you even approach the limit of those sleaves. (lack of detonation permiting )

I am still struggling w/ this question myself. So far, 9:1 is looking very good. I want to hit 400whp pump w/ weak timing and not wait until 6k for spool up. 2l of course.

How much boost you pushin on 9:1?

If i go with da 9:5:1, how much boost can i run at max safely for daily driven.

b/c i know stock LS can handle 10psi for sure daily at 9:2:1.

right now im at 9 b/c of my WG.

dude chill with the newbie questions...
Boost isnt relevant in your question...
at huge turbo at 10psi is a big diffrence thena small turbo at 10psi..
When building a motor you ask how much Horsepower will it handle.. Not how much boost..
Because you can make 300hp at 10psi or 300hp at 20psi its all in the size of the turbo and the effeciency of the motor...
Just build your motor throw the turbo on and tune.. That will tell u how much boost you can run.. Since your soooooo worried about it..
