How much psi can a sleeved VQ30DE(nissan)handle without blowing

Depends on tuning. I'm guessing any sleeved block can handle a lot with proper tuning, rods, pistons, etc... Those godzilla sleeves for hondas are rated for like 40+ psi aren't they?
