Re:how many psi for a d16?
Because people like to be too safe. 8.8:1 compression on a 1.6L engine......makes sense
D series engines are cheap, get real engine management, i always will suggest Uberdata/Turboedit first, and have fun. No reason to spend ~$1000 and only run 5psi....just doesnt make sense.

Re:how many psi for a d16?
uberdata is cheaper than the hack and msd.....general rule of thumb is the stock map sensor can only handle up to 11-12psi, so to boost over that amount you need a map sensor regardless
Lets just run costs:
AFC=$300
MSD= $100(im not really sure)
450cc injectors=$50
Uberdata=Free
Chipburner=$80-100
450's=$50
hmmmmmm which one is cheaper and better?
