I made my own for about $20. There is a pic of it here:

The manifold still works, no leaks or cracks. Just your basic T's and Elbows from Home Debot. Oh ya, Im redoing my manifold for equal runner, so if anyone wnats this...$50 plus shipping gets it.

I was wondering what kind of welding machine did you guyz use? I saw some welding machine on ebay that goes up to 130 watt. Will that be powerful enough to weld pipes and flanges?

I made my kit from someone off of ebay for $165.00 which took me over 2 months to recieve it other people had the same problem so he's no longer on ebay.

Used an old electrode welder. The manifold is still not really finished, have to grind the welds a bit and put on some sort of heat-resistant coating or paint.
I guess the building could be done even faster, but i had severe space limitations (only had 20 cm or 7.9 inch of space between the block and radiator) so had to be really careful where to put the turbo and the manifold bends.

is where i got the idea from to use the weldable bends

@shortyz

made the collector from the tubing

like this one....

im not liking the sharp angle of the bends straight off the head on cyl 2&3, they would have to be a smooth curve
