Default how long till my clutch goes?

Im doing a turbo project on my 98 lude. Im wondering if while i got the car in the garage working on it should i put a new clutch in it. I know its just a matter of time before the stock one goes. Should i burn that one out than get a new one or do it right away? the cars got 50,000 miles on it so clutch should be in pretty good shape

I guess if you were easy on it the first 50grand you might be ok . But if you got it laying around why not? If you do change it you willnot have to worry about slipping if you decide to up the boost. Your call.

I have a brand new Exedy clutch OEM replacement and as soon as I put the turbo in, a couple days after I had to re-adjust the damn clutch So expect to change within the first 6-10 months
