I would say that you shouldnt expect more than about 140whp...if even that...with a decent tune...on 5psi I would assume that 150whp would be attainable...considering your car has around 97WHP right now...

 

f22 is right...if you had a b16 you could hit 200 nicely...but seriously....atleast swap in a sohc vtec and put a small t3 on it. you will thank me later...put 10psi on it and you will get around 200 to 230 depending on your tune.

doesn't the y7 dyno at like 80whp or something......5 psi on a tiny te04h might net 130 whp :P
