call me a ricer but i ran it off the top hole on my wastegate and teed it into the lower vacuum hose and it just shot up to 15 lbs with no signs of leveling off. im running 9 psi right now and when i set it to 0 or stock boost it just started spiking to 15 plus if id let it? did i do something wrong? anyone got a diagram?

 

everyone says to put it in line from the side port on the wg to the vacuum source, the top is suppose to vent to atmosphere unless you have an ebc, but i have my side port going to one vacuum/boost source, and the wg in line with the top port and vacuum/boost source. everyone says your not suppose to do t his, but it spools up quicker for me and i've never had any problems with spiking btw, you're a ------- ricer.

 

man did you tried to hook it up on the side port?
and did it really helped A LOT when you do it on top?

 

no hablo spanglish senor i'll try to translate, yes, i tried having hooked up just to the sideport and leaving the top open, it worked fine, but it spools up noticeably quicker by having it in line between the port and a boost/vacuum source and having the side port straight to a boost/vacuum source

man, i don't really know, maybe like 3 or 400 rpms roughly all i know is this is how i hooked it up at first, then everyon told me to hook it up using just the sideport, so i did and i was like 'wtf is this ----', i noticed that it spooled a lot slower, so i changed it right back.

 

that`s great, i will try it after i got my smog check done. (gotta remove the whole kit and put it back afterward. )
