how fast ya think my setup will turn at 1/4 mile
ok i got wrx turbo ,450 elcipe inj., vafc 2, big 9' fmic ,crower cam ,int. timing retard 3 degree, greddy 2mm headgasket running on 10 pounds booost

That was a pretty good description..
I think you will hit a 14.083 @ 98.4mph at a 2150ft elevation on a 72 degree day, and a slight gust of wind from the South east. Also have the tire pressure set at exactly 22psi otherwise my calculations could be way off.

First time at the track you would be lucky to break 14,s on street tires. 
if its a coupe prolly a low 14 but from the way it sounds you have a long way to go.
