I've done up to 20psi Stock. But that was for about 1 second with a shitty boost controller!!!

I ran 8.5psi for about 1.5yrs and then up to 11-12psi for another few months before I tore her down to withstand 22.5psi daily.

USDM D16's can take around 200whp before they become unsafe, but ZC's usually have thicker rods. In this case, I wouldn't go more than 225, or 12-14psi depending on the turbo.

PM7 Rods (ZC) and USDM D16 rods are the same. No difference.

PG7 (87-89 teg) are thicker, but made of a crappier material.

Oh and the 200hp Unsafe mark as been proven wrong TIME AND TIME again. 230-250 stock has been seen in DD applications.

200 to be safe. 220whp with a good tune..i wouldn't hit more than that with a stock internalled motor.
