how do you clean up an hf manifold and o2 housing for paint ?....
ok i want to clean up my hf manifold & dsm o2 housing. maybe even the hot side of the turbo housing. for some high temp flame prof paint could i just sand blast the parts or would that weekin them in some way ? let me know how you guys did it thanks

thats what i was thinking but i thought i herd some one say that it would weaken the structure of the hot side of the turbo and would cuss it to crack under extreme heat glad to know it wont thanks

Just sandblast it i don't think it will cause any problems. It's about 15 years old anyway and is still together. What harm could it do.

yea..i want to see paint stick to this after its used......if you smell something funny from under your hood..its just the paint burning off
